Products & fit
Will these kits fit my bike?
Almost certainly. Cycleco gear is universal-fit and built around standard sizing (22.2–31.8mm bars, common wheel sizes, threadless steerers). Every product page lists exact compatibility — check it against your bike before ordering.
Do you sell bikes or helmets?
No. We sell accessories and commuter gear only — no bicycles, helmets, e-bikes or child seats. For your safety we strongly recommend a helmet certified to CPSC or EN 1078, bought separately.
Are your products genuine branded parts?
Our products are Cycleco-branded, universal-fit accessories. We're not affiliated with bike or component brands; any brand names we mention are only to describe sizing/compatibility.
Orders, shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is a flat $6.95, free over $80. International rates are calculated at checkout. See Shipping.
What's your return policy?
Unopened gear can be returned within 14days. For hygiene reasons, opened body-contact items (saddle covers, gloves, eyewear) aren't returnable unless faulty. Full detail on Returns and Refunds.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to most countries. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal, via encrypted, secure checkout.
What will appear on my statement?
Charges show as “CYCLECO BIKE”. Don't recognise a charge? Email us and we'll identify it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — the whole site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers.
